The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended. 3. Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, address, residence, date of birth, identification number, location data, network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

II. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED 1. Ordering the goods requires entering certain important data in terms of further communication between the parties and in connection with the subsequent delivery of the ordered goods. Registration requires the entry of certain important data in terms of further communication. 2. On the basis of the contract concluded between you as a buyer and the Administrator as a seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") and your subscription to commercial communications, your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") is processed. 3. The controller processes your Personal Data necessary for the performance of the contract. 4. The controller also processes your personal data if you visit the website www.babyonset.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and do not have cookies disabled in your browser. 5. The provision of personal data is required because it is necessary for communication with you, performance of contractual obligations, or is required by law. The consequence of not providing the data may be that the contract is not concluded.

III. LAWFUL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA 1. ZThe lawful basis for processing personal data is: - providing information and other data on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, - performance of the contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, - the legitimate interest of the Controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, - Your prior consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in the event that no order for goods or services . 2. The purpose of processing personal data is: - the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; when concluding a contract, personal data are required that are necessary for the successful execution of the order (name, surname, ID number/date of birth, registered office/address, contact, etc.), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or its performance by the Controller, - registration and management of your customer account, if registration on the Website has been made by you, - sending commercial communications and doing other marketing activities, - communication between you and the Administrator, - the fulfilment of other legal obligations. 3. There is no automatic individual decision-making by the Controller within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD 1. The controller shall store personal data - for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship), - for the duration of your customer account and for the following 1 year after cancellation of your registration on the Website, - for a period of time before consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent. 2. After the expiry of the retention period, the Controller shall delete the personal data.

V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (SUBCONTRACTORS OF THE CONTROLLER) 1. The recipients of personal data are persons - involved in the delivery of goods/services/making payments under the contract, - providing operation services and other services in connection with the operation of the Website, - providing marketing services. 2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organisation. 3. The Controller primarily processes personal data by its own means, however, in some cases, personal data may also be processed by other processors who provide software, services and applications to the Controller, such as providers of cloud services, email or other software tools and IT infrastructure. 4. The personal data will only be transferred for the above purposes and will only be processed in this way until your consent is withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS 1. Under the terms of the GDPR, you have - the right of access to your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR, - the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR, - the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR, - the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR, - the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR; and - the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or e-mail of the Controller specified in Article I of this Policy. 2. All rights set out in the preceding paragraph may be exercised either in writing by registered letter sent to the address of the Administrator's registered office or electronically at the e-mail address specified above. 3. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (https://uoou.gov.cz/), if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VII. PERSONAL DATA SECURITY CONDITIONS The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form. 3. The controller declares that only persons authorised by him have access to the personal data. VIII. COOKIES 1. By checking the consent form, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety. 3. The administrator is entitled to change these conditions. It will post the new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website and will also send you a new version of the Privacy Policy at the email address you have provided to the Administrator.
